That magic happens every day at the Nicholas Sonntag TidePools Aquarium. Children, parents, grandparents, and school groups come face to face with living sea creatures — discovering textures, colours, and stories from the deep that spark a lifelong love for our oceans.
But creating those unforgettable moments isn’t easy. Keeping our marine habitat tanks healthy, feeding and caring for the animals, and providing safe, informative, hands-on experiences all take significant resources.

We are very excited to be offering interactive, educational, and fun Kids Camps for children on the Sunshine Coast.
It costs $500 to send 1 child to camp but a donation of any size will be much appreciated.
Volunteers are the backbone of our organization, starting with our Board of Directors and our fundraising committee (in partnership with the Gibsons Community Building Society). Volunteers also assist us with aqaurium maitenance and intrepation with the public and support our conservation efforts with shoreline cleanups and other initiatives.
